Dr O'Brien squeezed my daughter in when we were visiting from out of town and she broke her arm. He was very courteous, explained everything he was doing, his thought process for management, and what the next steps should be. His staff was polite and friendly. His casting tech was fantastic - my daughter said "I like her" when she left the room; pretty good for a 3 yo getting a cast!
