The clinic receptionist was friendly even though we were slightly late to prepare our paperwork. Dr Reichard’s nurse was very informative and understanding. Kudos to her. The X-ray tech had the xrays done in no time and Dr. Reichard came into the exam room shortly after. His explanation of the condition along with the choices for correcting it was easy to understand. Glad I went to Alpine.

My only issue was wait time. We waited maybe 20 minutes between arrival and being called back, it my son timed it snd it was 55 minutes in the exam room between X-rays and seeing the doctor. That was a bit long! I understand that other patients may take priority, etc., but that was a bit long.
